A premium holiday rental booking platform designed to drive direct commission-free stays in Bhimtal.
The Business Goal
The client owned a luxury 3BHK private pool cottage in Bhimtal, Uttarakhand, but was paying high commission fees (up to 20%) to online travel agents (OTAs) like Airbnb and Booking.com. The goal was to build a premium booking platform to capture direct commissions-free stays and manage guest inquiries.
Our Engineering Approach
We built a lightweight, visual-heavy Next.js App Router website featuring full-bleed aerial video background sections served through Cloudinary's streaming API. We integrated a direct WhatsApp checkout pipeline to bypass third-party agents, configured interactive map components, and styled layouts using custom variables (Sage Green and Gold theme). Direct form submissions route to our Consultation channels for instant reservation booking.
